Umcor Expands Number of Depot Locations

The United Methodist Committee on Relief recently expanded the number of its depot locations. These locations house emergency equipment and disaster relief supplies to assist those who have been
affected adversely by natural disasters. The eighth and newest depot to be added to the UMCOR network is the SW Texas Disaster Relief Warehouse in San Antonio, TX. Gene Hileman, the
Southwest Texas Conference’s Disaster Relief Coordinator will be the point of contact for the depot.

Having this new depot will help in getting needed relief supplies more quickly into areas where greatly needed after disaster events.
