Missional Engagement and Outreach

The Office of Missional Engagement and Outreach stands ready to assist United Methodist churches and residents of Louisiana in multiple ways; from international and domestic missions where Methodists are engaged in the work of outreach in the name of Christ to engaging our neighbors in a time of need. 

The office stands ready to assist churches in efforts to be effective witnesses of Jesus Christ outside their existing walls - whether that's locally, regionally or globally. 

Louisiana is a state all too familiar with natural disasters and our offices are equipped to prepare local congregations for impending storms and to respond; either immediately through our ERT trained responders or long term.
