Rev. Alvin Swindell Hodges, Jr. passed away October 14, 2021 at the age of 72.
 
Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory are his two children, Megan Clare Hodges and Kyle Patrick Hodges.  His wife, Patricia Anne Hodges, precedes him in death.
 
Rev. Hodges served churches throughout Louisiana for many years before moving to Houston, Texas to serve as Chaplain at the Harris County Psych Center until his retirement.
