Mrs. Gore was born June 7, 1933 in Lake Charles, LA, where she lived until moving to North Louisiana to follow her husband's ministry. She was a 1951 graduate of Lake Charles High School, where she served as a Kiltie for four years. She was raised, baptized, and met the love of her life, Bryant Gore, at Simpson United Methodist Church. She was a current member of First Baptist Church of Dry Prong. Mrs. Gore was a devoted minister's wife who loved and admired her children and grandchildren dearly. She enjoyed working puzzles and cooking for her family.
