Rev. Isaac E. Badie was born September 10, 1876 at Clinton, La He died January 14, 1939 at Welch, La.
He joined the Conference in the year 1919 and faithfully served the following charges: Torras, New Roads Cricuit, Springfield and Ponchatoula Ct., Denham Springs, Lake Arthur Circuit; Mount Nebo, Thomas, Crawford, Houma, Bunkie, Baton Rouge: Jordan, Olevia
Circuit, Godman Circuit.
He had a great love for the church, was of splendid character an ardent worker and a very spiritual preacher.
He was married to Miss Martha Easton to which union three daughters Were born.
His work was very faithful; his life simple and beautiful. He was unassuming and kindly disposed toward everyone.
He leaves to mourn his passing three brothers, one sister, a devoted wife, three children, and a host of other relatives and friends. Peace be unto him
