Rev. F. C. Goins joined the Conference in the year 1888 and served the Conference for 45 years and was a faithful member. He served the church in a very wonderful way, giving lib-erally of his time and talent to the upbringing of the Kingdom of God. He passed to his reward in the year 1941. Peace be unto all of those who loved him. He served the following charges during his active ministry: Red River, Louisiana; De Siaids; De Siaids, Buelah, Farmersville; Monroe; Monroe and W. Monroe; Round Grove Providence, Jewella: Flournoy; Plaquemine and Indian Village; Port Allen and Malatto Bend; Port Allen; Clinton; Opelousas; Boonville; Natchitoches; Jeanerette; Donaldsonville; St. Martinville; Franklin; Houma; Keithville and Fairview; Leesville; Central; White Hall; Crawford and Union; Godman and Union; Godman; Franklinton; Woodlawn; Macedonia and Pine Grove; Boyce and Village; Can River. |
