CLIFFORD L. FRANKLIN December 23, 1913 - December 25, 1969
The wars are not always won by the front line soldiers; those in the trench can claim some victory, too. So it was with Clifford L. Franklin, who started his ministry on November 21, 1943. He was a native of New Orleans, born on December 23, 1913. He passed on to the place of perfect rest on December 25, 1969.
