| James C. Calvin was born in Pineville, Louisiana on July 11, 1894. He married Teresa Ann Blackstone in 1952 and to the union four daughters were born. He served his country as a chaplain, his conference in many various capacities. He was received into the Conference on November 21, 1918 and laid down to rest on December 13, 1969. The inner peace for which he sought was found as he journeyed with his Lord trying to help those who were in need. | |
