Crammer, Earlena Esther (Mrs. Heaton Busby)

Earlena Crammer was born March 5, 1920 in Deputy, Indiana and died on February 12, 2005 in Alexandria, Louisiana. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, the Reverend Heaton Busby Crammer, retired elder in this Conference; one brother, Roger Blasdel of Brownstown, Indiana; three children - Esther Sanson of Deville, Louisiana, Robert Heaton Crammer of Crestwood, Kentucky, and Carol Lawrence of Mayflower, Arkansas; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Earlena faithfully served in the Louisiana Annual Conference with her husband throughout the state. She was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church in Deville, Louisiana. She gave joy to others through her crafts, ceramics, painting and flower arrangements. She had been active in youth ministry, United Methodist Women and in the Methodist Parsonettes. Her life was committed to the service of the church and dedicated to Christian living. She will be remembered by many, many families across the Annual Conference. Robert Crammer |
