Alverson, Jewell Margaret West (Mrs. Donice)

Jewell Margaret West Alverson, lovingly known as Julie, was born on January 23, 1920 and died September 9, 2009 . She was the adored wife of the late Rev. Donice W. Alverson; Mother of Donice Alverson and Meg Alverson; Grandmother of Donice, Bowdre, Chesley and Elizabeth Alverson-Banks; and Rhone and Jude Meche. She is survived by one sister, Elsie Jean Bass, and generations of nieces and nephews. She was devoted to family, classical music, reading, gardening, and working with her husband in the Methodist Church .
