Pray for the residents of Hawaii
Late Sunday night, the Kilauea Volcano in Hawaii erupted after a 4.4 magnitude earthquake struck near Hilo. Residents have been advised to remain indoors. The last time Kilauea erupted was in May 2018, destroying more than 700 homes and forcing residents to evacuate. As we prepare to celebrate the birth of the Christ child, let us keep in our prayers those in Hawaii affected by the eruption, and all everywhere who are still suffering the devastating effects of natural disasters.
