Louisiana NOW Podcast: Black Methodists for Church Renewal: A Louisiana Revival

In this episode of Louisiana NOW, we visit with Rev. Clifton Conrad and Rev. Ronald Southall. We discuss the Louisiana BMCR Revival, which will be held Thursday, June 11th at 7:00 pm online via ZOOM. Black Methodists for Church Renewal is the organized Black caucus of the United Methodist Church. They are are one of the United Methodist denomination’s five U.S.-based ethnic caucuses. BMCR represents and is dedicated to more than 2,400 Black United Methodist congregations and approximately 500,000 African American members across the denomination.
We also hear from both of them about the racial tensions in America and discuss how of each us can respond as Christians.
