February 25, 2016
First United Methodist Church in Crowley recently held a re-consecration celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony for the church’s newly renovated Fellowship Hall. The project, completed in January, began in June of 2015.

Pictured here are members of the Building Committee with Rev. Lewis Morris, senior pastor, and Rev. John Cannon, Acadiana District Superintendent, who is shown cutting the ceremonial ribbon.

Also shown are Rev. Morris; Julie Lafosse, director of Student Ministries and Conference Youth Coordinator; Greg Jones, Mayor of Crowley; and Rev. Cannon.
A “then and now” collage shows the transformation of the space from beginning to completion.
