Spouses of clergy are often working hard behind the scenes to meet the expectations of so many – their mates, their households, their co-workers, often times their parents and of course...those ‘mixed expectations of the congregation.’
How do they support the calling of the one they love while faithfully living out their own calling as well?
Location: The Wesley Center, Woodworth, Louisiana

As you continue to care for others, may it be out of the joy and fullness that can come only from Jesus
Clergy spouses must encourage each other to faithfully pursue their own individual soul care and callings as well.
Clergy Spouse Retreats are designed to allow participants to take a break and delve into Scripture. This particular retreat will focus on Ephesians 3:16-19.
Through interactive lessons, conversations, personal free time and prayer -- participants are invited to come and consider fresh ways that Christ longs to fill you up.
Trish Woodruff will serve as the retreat leader.
Woodruff has been called to lead and speak to audiences of all kinds. As an Elder in the Texas Annual Conference, she serves as an Associate Pastor at Lakewood UMC in Houston, TX.
