Building Spiritual Muscles

Sabrina Short is the latest Louisiana United Methodist author.
Short, who attends Thomas United Methodist Church in Kenner Louisiana, and is married to Rev. Kaseem Short, is the author of Building Spiritual Muscles, A Six-Week Journey to Shape a More Powerful Faith.
Together with Chris Wilterdink, Short designed a six-session Bible Study and discipleship resource designed for youth.
The goal is to help work out their spiritual muscles and build their faith.
Included in the resource are scripts for training and coaching the adult group leaders, as well as links to video clips of key speakers from the Youth 2015 event.
Short's epub book is available in Kindle and PDF formats for all electronic readers. Short will also be featured at the Cokesbury booth at Annual Conference this week.
