Change of Date for 2023 Annual Conference, New Location Announced

The 2023 Louisiana Annual Conference has been rescheduled to Tuesday, June 13 - Friday, June 16, with the annual conference sessions to begin Wednesday, the 14th. (Various meetings, gatherings and a potential worship service could be scheduled for the 13th.) 

Additionally, the venue has shifted to the downtown Baton Rouge Hilton. 

The 2023 Annual Conference Session was previously scheduled for Wednesday, June 21 - Friday, June 23.

These changes will provide a more convenient and accessible location for attendees to better ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

The downtown Baton Rouge Hilton offers a spacious and modern conference center, as well as easy access to nearby amenities.

The space is more than adequate for our needs, and we look forward to gathering in a space closer to the downtown hotels.

"Conference staff and members of the Annual Conference design team listened to your feedback after last year's annual conference. Many prefer to have our plenary sessions located closer to the lodging. This move to the Hilton accomplishes that and more. The location will provide maximum comfort and easier parking, and we will not sacrifice space. Let's come together in this exciting new setting and make this AC23 one to remember!"

Special Note: Hilton is highlighting the wrong dates for our annual conference; we are working with them to fix this error. However, you are still able to book a room at a discounted rate for the dates of June 14-16.
