School of Congregational Development is success in Indianapolis and in Baton Rouge

Wesley United Methodist Church is Baton Rouge served as Louisiana’s satellite site on Aug. 15 for CrossXRoads, this year’s School of Congregational Development.
An enthusiastic group listened to broadcasts which focused on knowing your community, preaching to younger congregations and outreach. Rev. Joe Connelly, pastor of Wesley UMC, is shown below.
At the same time, at CrossXRoads in Indianapolis, Revs. Juliet Spencer (Monroe District Superintendent), Andy Goff (New Orleans District Superintendent) and John Cannon (Conference Director of Congregational Development and Acadiana District Superintendent) took part in the event.
