Leadership workshop slated Nov. 16

Church laity and clergy will learn more about “leading like Jesus” at Leadership Encounter, to be held Saturday, Nov. 16 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at NewSong United Methodist Church, 18465 Old Perkins Rd. in Prairieville.

An initiative of the General Commission on United Methodist Men, this leadership workshop closely examines Jesus as a leader and a model, equipping participants to lead as He did. Open to both men and women, the $25 registration fee includes workshop materials and lunch.
