“What does it mean to integrate a first time visitor into the life of your local church?"

In this workshop, led by Rev. Chad Brooks (our congregational vitality strategist), we will talk about what it means to create effective systems that go beyond visitor retention, and into full integration into the life of your local church. We will focus on developing specific approaches and systems that are with folks step-by-step as they both visit and engage in the local congregation.

Chad will also share a few digital tools to help us keep track of new people as they become part of local congregations. Our hoped for goal is at the end of this day-long workshop you leave with the framework for not just responding to a first-time guest, but a strategy for integrating new people into the life of your church.”

Join us at First United Methodist Church, Alexandria, LA on Saturday, October 21st from 9:00am to 2:00pm. This event is open to laity and clergy and is $25 to register. Lunch will be provided.
