The laity session for the 2021 Annual Conference will be held Thursday, May 20th.

Pre-service music begins at 6:15pm; the session begins at 6:30pm.

During the 2021 Laity Session of the Annual Conference, you'll hear updates from many of our lay-led ministries, including numerous ways you can get involved. 

We will pass along an update regarding general and jurisdictional conferences and provide details surrounding an exciting opportunity to gather together in the fall for a leadership summit for Louisiana lay people.

In addition to remarks from Bishop Cynthia Fierro Harvey, we will share updates on the following initiatives across the Conference: 

• Daughenbaugh-Matheny
• United Methodist Women
• United Methodist Men
• Disaster Recovery Efforts in Southwest Louisiana
• Cursillo 

• Summer Camps 

We will also be blessed with worship music from United Methodist churches all across the Conference; including:
