The Annual Conference by adopting the Report of the Conference Council on Finance and Administration has set the final date for 2019 Apportionment Remittances. To be credited for 2019 Apportionments MUST be in the Conference Finance Office in Baton Rouge no later than noon on Thursday, January 9, 2020.
You can begin entering information on January 2, 2019.
The deadline for Table 1 is 9 pm on January 10, 2020.
The Pastor's report containing the names related to membership changes on Table 1 must be sent to the district office as soon as the data is input online. Tables 2 & 3 will be due January 19th, 9 pm.
Note this new split deadline for the tables.
Any table may be submitted beginning January 2nd but all tables must be submitted by the deadlines above.
All required forms and information will be reviewed at the District level. The dates of the reviews will be January 20-24. Times and places for reviews will be announced through your District Office. You will receive instructions from your district as to how and when the review of your entries will occur and how you are to submit your forms.
