Travels nationally and internationally speaking to teenagers and people who work with teenagers.

Contributor to Youthworker Journal, The Journal of Student Ministry, Youthwork (published in England) and Good News Magazine.
Author of numerous books on youth ministry techniques and tools, including The Ministry of Nurture (Zondervan), Youth Ministry that Works (Victor), Spontaneous Melodramas (Zondervan), This Way To Youth Ministry (Zondervan), Everyday Object Lessons (Zondervan/Youth Specialties) and Enjoy the Silence (Zondervan).
