RESERVING RESOURCE MATERIALS
Resources should be reserved as early as possible with the Conference Resource Center. Reserving materials at least two weeks in advance will more likely ensure availability. We work on a first come - first serve basis, so it is advisable to indicate possible substitute materials, or alternate dates for use.
SHIPMENT OF RESOURCES
Resource materials are normally shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) and should be returned promptly by UPS or via the United States Postal Service - insured. Our shipping costs will be on your invoice (usually a $3.50 to $7.00 charge depending on the weight.) Resources will be mailed several days in advance of scheduled showing date.
• • • NOTE • • •
Charge invoices will be included in your resource package, and are due upon return of materials. Please pay from invoice.
RETURNING RESOURCES
Resource materials are assigned a DUE DATE and MUST be back to the Resource Center to ensure that the next recipient is not disappointed and to avoid any late fees. Late fees are $ .50 per day and are assessed starting the day after the due date and will continue until the resource materials are returned to the Resource Center. If the materials are needed for a longer period of time, PLEASE CALL THE RESOURCE CENTER to extend your due date. An extension will be possible if materials have not been previously reserved.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
It is our goal to keep materials in good working condition. Materials are checked for defects before release, and again upon return. Since the funds generated from membership and rental fees are to purchase new materials, we must insist that YOU or YOUR CHURCH be responsible for repair or replacement of materials found to be damaged upon return. YOU or YOUR CHURCH are also responsible for any costs of materials whether they are late, lost, stolen or misplaced. Unfortunately, failure to comply with policies and procedures can result in loss of borrowing privileges!
SUPPLEMENTAL PAGES
Supplemental pages will be mailed periodically. Please insert these pages into the catalog, to keep your catalog up to date.
