Welcome to the Louisiana United Methodist Conference Youth ministries web page! Our Youth ministries program is designed to fulfill the purpose of providing meaningful opportunities for middle- and high-school students as they grow in their relationship with Christ.
The Louisiana Conference Council on Youth Ministries (CCYM) is a volunteer group of youth and adults who have a love for God and a passion for providing those opportunities that bring young people closer to Christ. Find awesome information about these annual youth events such as Youth Ignite!, Junior High retreats and Senior High retreats, The Happening, and Leadership Training. For local churches, find helpful information for adult workers with youth.
For those young people exploring a call to ministry, the Louisiana United Methodist Conference also offers Awakening, a weekend retreat for students who are 16-20 years of age.
