What you and your congregation can do in Louisiana

For your church members who wish to help:

1. We encourage them, as always, to work through local agencies (ie Red Cross, etc)
2. Monetary gifts are vitally important. Contributions may be made through our local churches. Checks should be made out to the “Louisiana Annual Conference” and in the memo portion note “Bishop’s Appeal-LA Hurricane Response”: Checks may be placed in the collection plates of our local churches or mailed directly to the Conference Office at: “ The Louisiana Annual Conference Office, 527 North Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70802”
