The Shreveport Hilton has a block of room available for reservations. Please see below instructions.

Two Ways to Make Reservations:
     1. By Phone at 1800HILTONS
          a. Be sure to have attendees mention the group code UMC in order to receive the discounted group rate when they call in
     2. Online at www.shreveport.hilton.com
          a. On the first screen, input the arrival and departure dates, then click on the GO button
          b. Once you are taken to the second screen, this is where guests complete the reservations details (including stay information and room type preferences).
          c. After completing the Stay Information and Room Type Preferences sections, scroll down to the Special Accounts section. Guests will input the group code UMC next to the field labeled: GROUP/CONVENTION CODE. Then click on the CONTINUE button.
          d. Now guests can select the room they prefer (Double-Queen or King) at the group rate and complete their reservation.

Cutoff Date: Please remind your attendees that all reservations must be made by May 1st, 2008, in order to receive the discounted group rate. The hotel will continue to accept reservations from Group's attendees after that date; however, rooms will be at the prevailing rate and subject to availability.
